Phone/email support for first 90 days with new licenses
Unlimited online and telephonic support will be provided for the first 90 days from purchase to enable users to learn the new system and be comfortable. After such time you may make use of our ad-hoc billing or purchase our support contract.

Hourly support is provided on a per call basis at a rate of ZAR 150.00 per 30 minutes, rounded up to the next 30 minutes.

Elite support contract includes unlimited phone, online and e-mail support, and free updates with version upgrades. Response time: within 3 hours during office hours.
Support contracts are automatically renewed and invoiced every year unless otherwise stated.

Program and report changes
We endeavour to listen to the needs of our customers and will be more than willing to alter the program and any of the reports to suit your requirements should they not currently do exactly what you want it to.

Onsite support & call outs
Hourly onsite support is provided on a per call basis at a rate of ZAR 450.00 for the call out and the first hour or part thereof; thereafter it is ZAR 250.00 per hour or part thereof.

CALL OUT RATE FEE APPLICABLE TO SITES WITHIN A 50 KM RADIUS OF CSI MAIN LOCATION OR REMOTE LOCATIONS. THEREAFTER ZAR 2,50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY KILOMETER TRAVELLED FURTHER THAN 50 KM.
